Kurz gesagt
miniwin braucht kein Konto und hat keinen eigenen Server. Fast alle deine Angaben bleiben auf deinem iPhone. Es gibt keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Analyse-Dienste. Nur wenn du Feedback sendest oder Plus kaufst, ist ein weiterer Dienst beteiligt (siehe unten).
Daten auf deinem Gerät
Auf deinem Gerät speichert miniwin: deinen Namen und dein Alter bzw. Geburtsdatum, deine miniwins und Aufgaben, Gewohnheiten, Sparziele, erreichte Ziele und Badges, dein Profilbild und deine Einstellungen (zum Beispiel Sprache, Farbwelt, Erinnerungen). Diese Daten verlassen dein Gerät nicht. Wir können sie nicht sehen. Sie sind Teil der Datensicherung deines iPhones (zum Beispiel iCloud-Backup), wenn du diese eingeschaltet hast. Dafür gelten die Regeln von Apple.
Berechtigungen
Kamera und Fotos: Nur wenn du ein Profilbild aufnehmen oder auswählen möchtest, fragt miniwin vorher um Erlaubnis. Das Bild wird ausschließlich auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Mitteilungen: Erinnerungen sind lokale Mitteilungen auf deinem Gerät. Es werden keine Daten an einen Server geschickt. Du kannst jede Erlaubnis jederzeit in den iPhone-Einstellungen widerrufen.
Widgets
Die Widgets auf deinem Home- und Sperrbildschirm zeigen Angaben aus der App. Dafür werden die Daten nur zwischen der App und dem Widget auf deinem Gerät geteilt (App Group). Es findet keine Übertragung nach außen statt.
Anmeldung mit Apple
Du kannst miniwin auch ohne Anmeldung nutzen. Wenn du dich mit Apple anmeldest, erhält die App von Apple eine Kennung und, wenn du das erlaubst, deinen Namen. Beides speichert die App nur auf deinem Gerät. Es gibt kein Konto auf einem miniwin-Server. Es gelten die Datenschutzregeln von Apple.
Kauf von miniwin Plus
Für Käufe und Abos in der App ist Apple zuständig. Apple wickelt die Zahlung ab und verwaltet das Abo. Wir erhalten keine Zahlungsdaten, keine Kreditkartennummer und keine Apple-ID. Die App prüft nur, ob Plus bei dir freigeschaltet ist. Rechtsgrundlage ist die Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Feedback
Wenn du uns über den Bereich Feedback schreibst, übertragen wir deinen Text und, falls du sie angibst, deine E-Mail-Adresse. Die E-Mail-Adresse ist freiwillig. Ohne sie bleibt dein Feedback anonym. Die Nachricht wird über den Dienst Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) entgegengenommen und an mich weitergeleitet. Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden. Bitte schreib keine sensiblen persönlichen Daten in dein Feedback. Ich nutze die Angaben nur, um dir zu antworten und miniwin zu verbessern, und lösche sie, sobald sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung durch das Absenden (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 49 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Du kannst sie jederzeit widerrufen, indem du mir schreibst.
Weitergabe an Dritte
Ich gebe deine Angaben nicht weiter und verkaufe sie nicht. Beteiligt sind nur Apple (Kauf, Anmeldung, Backup) und, wenn du Feedback sendest, Formspree.
Speicherdauer
Die Daten in der App bleiben auf deinem Gerät, bis du sie löschst. Unter Konto kannst du alles zurücksetzen oder dein Konto löschen. Wenn du die App deinstallierst, werden die Daten auf dem Gerät entfernt. Feedback wird gelöscht, sobald es nicht mehr gebraucht wird.
Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15 bis 21 DSGVO) sowie auf Widerruf einer Einwilligung. Da deine Daten auf deinem Gerät liegen, kannst du das meist direkt in der App tun. Für Feedback schreib mir an miniwinapp1@gmail.com.
Beschwerde
Du kannst dich bei einer Datenschutzbehörde beschweren. Zuständig für mich ist die Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, www.ldi.nrw.de.
Kinder
miniwin hat keine Altersbeschränkung und keine anstößigen Inhalte. Die App erhebt keine Daten über Kinder auf Servern. Kinder sollten den Kauf von Plus und das Senden von Feedback nur mit ihren Eltern machen.
Änderungen
Wenn sich die App ändert, passe ich diese Erklärung an. Das aktuelle Datum steht oben. Stand: 30. Oktober 2026.

In short
miniwin needs no account and has no server of its own. Almost all of your data stays on your iPhone. There are no ads, no tracking and no analytics services. Another service is only involved if you send feedback or buy Plus (see below).
Data on your device
miniwin stores on your device: your name and age or birth date, your miniwins and tasks, habits, savings goals, achieved goals and badges, your profile picture and your settings (for example language, colour theme, reminders). This data does not leave your device. We cannot see it. It is part of your iPhone’s backup (for example iCloud backup) if you have turned that on. Apple’s rules apply to that.
Permissions
Camera and photos: miniwin asks for permission first, and only when you want to take or choose a profile picture. The picture is stored only on your device. Notifications: reminders are local notifications on your device. No data is sent to a server. You can withdraw any permission at any time in your iPhone settings.
Widgets
The widgets on your home and lock screen show information from the app. The data is only shared between the app and the widget on your device (App Group). Nothing is sent outside.
Sign in with Apple
You can use miniwin without signing in. If you sign in with Apple, the app receives an identifier from Apple and, if you allow it, your name. The app stores both only on your device. There is no account on a miniwin server. Apple’s privacy rules apply.
Buying miniwin Plus
Apple handles purchases and subscriptions in the app. Apple processes the payment and manages the subscription. We receive no payment data, no card number and no Apple ID. The app only checks whether Plus is unlocked for you. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Feedback
If you write to us in the Feedback section, we transmit your text and, if you provide it, your email address. The email address is optional. Without it your feedback stays anonymous. The message is received by the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) and forwarded to me. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. Please do not include sensitive personal data in your feedback. I only use it to reply to you and to improve miniwin, and I delete it once it is no longer needed. The legal basis is your consent by sending it (Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me.
Sharing with third parties
I do not pass on or sell your data. Only Apple (purchase, sign-in, backup) and, if you send feedback, Formspree are involved.
How long we keep it
The data in the app stays on your device until you delete it. Under Account you can reset everything or delete your account. If you uninstall the app, the data on the device is removed. Feedback is deleted once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to withdraw consent. Because your data is on your device, you can usually do this directly in the app. For feedback, write to me at miniwinapp1@gmail.com.
Complaints
You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for me is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany, www.ldi.nrw.de.
Children
miniwin has no age restriction and no offensive content. The app does not collect data about children on servers. Children should only buy Plus or send feedback together with their parents.
